Cards for Connection

In 2020 Form1 launched Cards for Connection, a heart-felt project originally designed to inspire meaningful conversations in residential Aged Care facilities.

Dreamed up by Form1 CEO Steve Shirlaw, and inspired by the relationship with his Grandma, this beautiful pack of cards was developed with residents and their families in mind.

Cards for Connection are simple, fun, and effective. They enable families, friends, and residents, and their carers, to play, share and connect on a daily basis.

Whether you have two minutes or a whole day, Cards for Connection will create endless hours of important conversations with the people you love.

Categories include:

  • Memory Maker – Share your stories before they’re forgotten.
  • Let’s Talk About… – A light and easy way to connect with your loved ones.
  • Quiet Time – Have fun and connect, even when you don’t feel like talking.
  • Every Picture Tells A Story – Use imagery to ignite your imagination.
  • Train Your Brain – Puzzles and games to keep happy brains mentally active.

Form1 has also developed Cards for Connection with a focus on students, patients, and your family and friends. Packs are $50 each and all proceeds from Cards for Connection are donated to charities of our choice.
